Marketing products through email is a widely practiced strategy in digital marketing. These are usually promotional newsletters or messages with interesting posters and content, advertising the company’s latest product or the one the recipient opted for. This helps in building customer relations and brand recognition, ultimately leading to boosted sales.

Email campaigns can be carried out by sending newsletters and promotional and transactional emails. The mail should also be mobile-optimised for quicker access to customers.

The use of automation tools for welcoming new customers, notifying them of important events and pending wish lists, and wishing them their birthdays and anniversaries are interesting marketing approaches that would create a sense of rapport with them, building a loyal community.
